Refund policy

We offer a refund to customers initiated within 30 days upon receipt.

DAMAGE, FAULTY, SHORTAGE 

Inspect your items immediately upon receipt. For damage, defect or shortages claims must be reported within 30 days upon receipt. Contact hello@sileco.com.au with order name, order reference and photos as evidence if applicable.

CHANGE OF MIND 

However, for change of mind, a customer may need to return the products at its original condition. e.g. unused etc. A customer may also need to be liable for the return postage cost, unless the product was faulty. 

Instructions: 

1. Customers are required to get in touch via hello@sileco.com.au to inform us about your intention to refund. Sileco customer service will contact you within 1-2 working days to coordinate your request.

2. Sileco only accepts returns for purchases made on sileco.com.au. For this reason, please provide a proof of receipt e.g. confirmation of order via email. For orders placed with other retailers, returns can only be authorised and processed with those retailers.

3. Specify the reason if it's not a change of mind where the products would be returned at its original condition. 

4. Customer service will then respond to the enquiry with the return address to proceed with the return process. 

 

5. Please allow 7- 14 days to process your refund, and record to appear in your credit card statement.
